Species Credits

The Sycamore Creek Conservation Bank in Butte County, owned by Garner-Allen-Titus, provides 273 acres of endangered species habitat for Butte County meadowfoam (Limnanthes floccosa ssp. californica), vernal pool tadpole shrimp (Lepidurus packardi) and Swainson’s hawk (Buteo swainsoni). The bank has been approved by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife to provide credits in specific service areas. Westervelt Ecological Services is working with Garner-Allen-Titus on all credit sale inquiries and transactions.
