Custom Mitigation

WES is pleased to offer restoration opportunities on 103 acres at McDonald Ranch in Sacramento County. The site, part of a larger 179-acre property nestled among other conserved areas, offers an unparalleled opportunity to re-establish wetlands and other regionally important habitats.

Its prime location provides ideal mitigation solutions for projects throughout the greater Sacramento-Stockton area, making it a valuable asset for ecological and development initiatives. Recently, WES completed the 72-acre Phase 1, mitigation complex of seasonal wetlands and grasslands in October 2025. There is still restoration potential on the remaining 103 acres for a variety of restoration and conservation needs.
